Completely depends on the villain.
The queens hand looks less dangerous to me in that you're beating most hands and he's probably going to continue bet to represent the king even if he misses. (But I don't know this without playing with him).
In the jack deuce hand he's shown strength on every street. What scares me is even if you're ahead right now he likely has lots of outs and got his money in first.
I'm not in love with going to war with either of these hands unless it's against a specific player. And by specific I mean loose aggressive.
